Online Art Therapy Open Studio (1 August)
Recharge and reconnect with yourself and others through art-making that focuses on self-care, managing stress and personal well-being.
Facilitated by an art therapist, this online open studio will focus on engaging participants in therapeutic art interventions found in the The Art Therapy Journal for self-care to foster self-awareness, reflections and compassion for the self through human connection. No prior art experiences is needed. All participants who sign up will receive a copy of The Art Therapy For Self-care for free.
The open studio is cater only for caregivers of persons with disabilities who are based in Singapore. Limited to 15 participants per session and each particiapant can only sign up for max 2 sessions.
